- Economically Weaker Section, Low Income Group, Middle Income Group and Middle Income Group are eligible for this scheme

Points to be noted while applying for the Scheme
- Applicant should meet the income requirement of the scheme mention above.
- Applicant should not own a property already anywhere in India under their name.
- Applicant and Applicant's family should not avail any help of any housing scheme under any Government
- In case of married couples, either spouse or both of them together can avail the joint ownership. This will be considered as a single subsidy
- Applicant's under Middle Income Group MIG category, any adult earning member in the family Their marital status can be considered as a separate household.

How the process works with real value ?
- The Applicant can apply for the housing loan and CLSS subsidy through the Lending Institutions (Banks) with our help.
- We check diligently that if the applicant fits into the eligibility criteria under the scheme and provide this information to the bank.
- If the applicant's information match with the given eligibility criteria under the scheme, the bank gives that information to Central Nodal Agency. This agency processes the claim and releases the subsidy amount to the Bank where the applicant has applied home loan with our help.
- This subsidy amount is adjusted by crediting to the applicant's loan account. This reduces the loan outstanding amount and also the EMI.
